i eat right, i exercise, and these friggin people at work are all pigs and bring cookies into work. and I cant help but eat them… its frustrating, and I think they are sabotaging me!

12 years worth of Search and Rescue work for Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue team… I just gave it up in November 2007. I ve done my part, my knees hurt from it. ;)
