The first day is always the hardest... 4 months ago

Ok I did it. 1st day of my work out is done and over with. I confess I wasnt able to do the whole routine but I did a fair amount.

Here is what I did do:

Leg Extensions 2 sets of 40
Adductors 2 sets of 40
Abductors 2 sets of 20
Calves 1 set of 40
Toe Taps 1 set of 50
Lunges 1 set of 40
Crunches 2 sets of 45

Pretty intense. LOL Tomorrow is gonna be cardio. And then Monday a different workout (crunches, crunches, crunches…..) I plan on altering between two or three different routines and cardio 5 days a week.

PS My motivation today was a cute belt I used to wear pre pregnancy that I now can’t buckle! UGH!!!

My thoughts 4 months ago

I grew up thinking housewives were like fish in a bowl. I never wanted to be one up until recently. I have my daughter and my husband and I want to stay at home and put all my energy into taking care of them and our home.

Maybe someday I’ll start the career I dreamed of before. But now is not the time.

Haven’t done anything. I picked out a workout and that’s it. I really lack motivation.
Let’s see if I can make today the first day of my workout…. well make it tomorrow.
