Ok I did it. 1st day of my work out is done and over with. I confess I wasnt able to do the whole routine but I did a fair amount.
Here is what I did do:
Leg Extensions 2 sets of 40
Adductors 2 sets of 40
Abductors 2 sets of 20
Calves 1 set of 40
Toe Taps 1 set of 50
Lunges 1 set of 40
Crunches 2 sets of 45
Pretty intense. LOL Tomorrow is gonna be cardio. And then Monday a different workout (crunches, crunches, crunches…..) I plan on altering between two or three different routines and cardio 5 days a week.
PS My motivation today was a cute belt I used to wear pre pregnancy that I now can’t buckle! UGH!!!
