I have been doing it on and off but not three times a week. maybe two then one. but i am going to sign up for a yoga class and have my husband come with me so that we can both work on our health together. It would be support. The other two times a week i can do on my own. HOPEFULLY!

Is it true i don't have the time?

It absurd i always tell myself i don’t have time to just sit down and meditate. I could probably be doing this in the time that i am writing this entry. It is the most relaxing and fulfilling thing i can do with my time. I have a daughter and watch 2 other children during the day having that time could really help me build my patience.

I usually feel pretty good about myself but sometimes it is really difficult. I used to never have this problem. I had a baby and my husband didn’t help my self confidence the first couple weeks after birth. I tell myself all the time that my thoughts are ridiculous. Working out can help me feel better.
