How I did it: The degree took four years and included 1000 hours of fieldwork placements. The degree itself was pretty stressful at times with lots of assisgnments due in the same week. The best part of doing the course was the placements, I did my final placement in India which was a challenging but really worthwhile experience. Read how I did it…
I’ve decided to jump on the no shampoo bandwagon and see if it works for me. I feel like I’m engaged in a constant battle with my hair and no product seems to work or make it look remotely healthy. I wash my hair every 2nd day but When I was younger I only washed my hair once a week and my hair always looked great, so I wonder whether too much shampoo and too many chemicals could be the culprit?
Tonight I used BS on the roots of my hair and did an ACV rinse so we’ll see how it goes!
The braces came off on wednesday, it’s pretty exciting. On thursday I got my retainer…which was kinda annoying as I was just getting used to not having extra stuff in my mouth! However, the retainer is really thin plastic and it only covers my teeth so it’s not really all that annoying. I have to wear it for 3 weeks full time, then just at night.
The entire process took 16 months, which is great because I was originally told it would be 18 months! I can’t believe I can smile and not worry about my teeth!
