How I did it: For most people not weighing in is not a huge deal, but for me it was so hard! I tried doing it by myself but in the end I couldn't so I gave my scale to my therapist. I thought that it would help with my eating disorder behaviors, but they became amped up in the week I didn't have my scale. My therapist said that thats normal when you're trying to break an addiction to something, bc it will try and reassert itself...so yeah it was hard a… Read how I did it…
