first invoke energy from a source of your choosing,the sun has alot of energy so preferably use it.then once you have invoked plenty of energy direct it to your hands by visualizing and feeling it going to your hands.then visualize the energy coming out your hands and forming a ball

This ability is not too difficult to develop. It took me six days to develop it.What i did was i meditated for 10-15 minutes daily on those six days and I would picture myself fusing with and manipulating technology e.g wires and robots becoming one with me then i would take my cellphone and try manipulate it and it worked
