Meal 2 Casual Pizza night

Had a bunch of folks over for dinner last night, and this menu was a big hit:

- Homemade pizza
(Pizza dough is easy to make.)
- Leafy Green salad
(Bit of italian dressing available for folks if they wished)
- Strawberries

Rave reviews all around!

It is not fancy cuisine, but it was excellent eating.


Take vitamins daily
Made it routine, and feeling groovy

After 30 days of remember to take my vitamins – I have made this vitamin thing a habit to keep.

Not giving up, just recognizing that I have this goal under control.

Healthy Living is great.
