Finally, after months of eating more salads and fruits, I have done a month, where I did about 75-85% raw foods. I know percentages might not sound impressive, but it’s A LOT of raw foods. Some days, I actually started doing completely raw, and then some days, I want a little something, that’s cooked. Overall, I think I’ve done amazing. I have never had so many greens in one month. Anyway, what I’m taking away from this is that I want to eat 85+ % raw from now on. Some days might be all raw and some days maybe a little more cooked, but overall, I’d like to continue with this. I’m very convinced that this is THE healthiest way to eat.

How I did it: I had green smoothies for breakfast every morning for a month+. I also ate a very high raw diet, consisting of 70-85% raw foods, including lots of fruits, vegetables, and some nuts, and seeds. Most foods I made were highly delicious, and fruit is definitely my favorite treat. It's nice to eat so "richly" and still lose weight. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Firstly, I already had a few favorite cookbooks and some practice cooking, when I started, so I didn't have a bunch of food go to waste in the process. If you are just starting out, you don't have to do it 100%. You can still get some items, that are time consuming, like whole grain bread. The important thing is that you take time to cook healthy and fresh meals, to the extent that your talent and skill allows. Secondly, have some fun. Co… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I kind of cheated. I have a friend, who runs most days, and so I joined her. Wow, that was one of the most helpful things I've done, as far as motivated for physical fitness. I was a bit sick this week, so I lessened the load, but still followed through and did it. Skipping things is very bad for habit building. Read how I did it…

Actually, I’m going to keep going. The part I’m giving up is having to do it every single day. I don’t feel I need that added pressure to get myself meditating. It’s OK to miss a day here or there. Meditating is definitely one habit I will keep going for a lifetime! When I feel a little dissatisfied or overwhelmed, usually, I know I need to either meditate or journal :)
I’ve had a few lucid dreams in the past, when I was consciously working on astral projection techniques. I haven’t done that for a while, and I’m not so sure I want to get back into it at the moment, but I do want to have regular lucid dreams again. My big number one goal is communication with my Higher Self and spirit guides. Other benefits include consciously working through my believes, inspiration for projects, brainstorming new ideas, etc.
