I would like to feel that I 'matter'. 2 years ago

I often feel like there is no point to me being around. I’m not depressed at the moment but I still feel this a lot. Ineed to have faith and confidence in my ability to be a ‘real person’ and not to let anyone walk all over me.



drink less Diet Coke
I drink far tooooo much! 2 years ago

I can drink 6 or 7 cans a day! I will try only to drink 1 can at work tommorow and one in the evening!

took up more reading again 2 years ago

This has helped with the ‘not watching too much tv’! I like to relax when Liv has gone to bed so this is ideal!
