Plan to attend yoga tomorrow after work, and after picking some climbing shoes up. It is exciting to actually be doing some of the things i have always wanted to. I hope my motivation keeps up.

A step forward

Have just spokn to a friend that goes climbing, he is goibg to pick me up and take me to the climbing walls this week. Result. Just got to build up the courage and fitness now. Nothing like a challenge..
My Motivation

Although i am unsure of the source the recesses of my mind assures me this fact is accurate. It takes 6 wks for your liver to completely renew itself. It is six weeks until xmas. Sounds like as good a time as any. I am also attempting to get fit and take better care of myself. This goal ticks all the boxes. I don’t anticipate it being the easiest tasks in the world as i regularly drink with friends when socializing, not to excess but enough to think it is a good idea to have a break.
