I’m about $800 in Credit Card Debt, and $2,500 in student loan debt.
I have been living off $150.00 for the past 2 weeks and its been hard and awful. But, I have a plan. I just received a $700 reimbursement from my college which is going directly to the bank to pay start paying off my Student Loan Debt. I also get paid on Friday (not a minute too late), so at least $500 is going straight to credit Card debt. By December 1st, I plan/hope to be out of Credit Card Debt, and have at least $250 in savings (currently, I have none).
It is do-able, but Its so hard. Stating November 1st, I won’t be buying anything but food and gas (and paying bills).

Starting tomorrow (sunday) I would like to make every sunday (if possible) “Disconnect Sunday”, meaning that I don’t use the computer or Internet and really limit my TV time (the TV is not really a problem for me). Maybe my only “plugged in” entertainment will come from Movies (poor neglected netflix). I just don’t want to be boxed in by technology. I want to read, listen to good music, go to church, get coffee and the newspaper at starbucks, go for a walk, etc… none of which I would do if I were connected all the time.

Right now, I would say I average about 16 min miles (tredmill) going at about 3.8 (slow, I know). I usually up the speed to 4.2-ish half way through. So yeah… 10 min miles by March (and I should be doing 3 miles each time).
