I have officially not bitten my nails in 3(!) weeks. And let me tell you they look pretty. I must not be nervous or stressed out enough to bite them lately, because I’m happy to say that I will not be gnawing at them for as long as I can stand it. I’m glad I’m not alone! _

How I did it: I ended up using my own self-control to stop. Instead of biting my nails I try to chew gum or I paint them with pretty colors so that I would have to eat nail polish (ew!) in order to bite them. They look so pretty now and it was all worth it. I tried it all before, but I think I finally realized that I bit my nail out of nervous habit and it was time for me to grow out of it. I almost feel more mature now! Crazy :) Read how I did it…
Hahaha..so when I made this, I didn’t exactly specify what a random gift was..but this morning, I brought my BFF (who also happens to work with me) Mickey D’s for breakfast. And for all of you who think its oh so unhealthy..let me tell you, this boy loves Mickey D’s for breakfast. Mmmhh..egg mcmuffins.
So number one thing to really get over..stage fright! It freaks me out to sing infront of my instructor. And he has a great voice..sometimes I wonder if he tells me that I have a pretty voice just so that I will keep paying him.. :P I love singing though…currently singing Sarah McLachlan’s “Angel” and just finished Sara Bareilles “Love Song”...which is my kryptonite by the way.
But hey, so far so good..gotta love my goal ;)
