I am a little confused as to when I am going to have fulfilled this goal. I think I actually need to work on my physical health and wellbeing before I can be more passionate about life. I am going to do more work at the gym and get into having more fun. I have been kind of too serious with uni and stuff.

How I did it: Meditation, Yoga and Energetic Healing got me through this goal. Aura-Soma was also a great help. I would reccomend any or all of these modalities. Journaling has also been a great help, especially when working on the higher chakras It is really important to integrate the teachings of the chakras into your life. Reading about them is simply not enough. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I read "the book" by Alan Carr, and actually took his advice. I read it twice before I actually tried stopping, but I haven't smoked for over a month now, and I honestly don't feel like I need one. The book is great, but you honestly need to do what it says to get the results. Good Luck! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I searched online for a course in my area, and although the price was quite high, it was well worth it. I have completed level one and hope to do level two next year. Read how I did it…

I have been vego for just over 2 years now, but I thought I would drop by with a link that I really could have used when I quit eating meat.
http://www.veggie123.com/veggie/chapter1/ is an ebook all about how to be a happy, healthy vegetarian. It also explains the history of vegetarianism, and has some info on some little- known foods that can make vego meals alot more tasty and fun.
Good luck everyone!
