Did not expect this to be so difficult. Pretty much given up on the online approach. Next method will be to frequent various establishments and see if anything occurs from that.

Wake before 7. 20 push-ups, 15 minutes meditating, start laundry, 2 mile run, and brief shower.
Healthy breakfast. Some eggs, a banana if they have them, yogurt, juice. Don’t need anything too heavy. Think about benefits of eating healthy on way to chow to avoid donuts, sugary cereal, etc.
Same with lunch and dinner.
Take a few minutes to review goals and motivations.
Write a short story.
Check out a library or two.
Meditate 15 minutes before bed.
Wake up with 20 pushups and 5 minutes of meditation.
Bring knife and Gatorade.
Be mindful of what I’m doing.
Be best assistant ever.

Write at least 500 words
