166lbs. Again not much dieting. Started some new medication which also happens to make you lose your appetite. Unfortunately I had to stop taking them , very bad side effects. Shame, would have been an added bonus.

Now 171 lbs. That’s probably more to do with bloating from my period going away than any real dieting. Haven’t eaten much chocolate and no crisps at all.

I had a bit of a brainwave and decided that taking a yoga class might be better than trying to learn at home and it also helps with another of my goals, to make new friends. I’ve had a look on the net to see what classes are available. It seems that they are all on when I am at college! I don’t know where else to look to find out about classes, in the mean time I’m still going to look for a suitable book.
