Definitely not as bad as I thought it would be! I have a phobia of having teeth pulled so I was really freaked out but it turned out okay. Just remember, vanilla milkshakes are your friend!

I am so glad that I finally quit smoking. I can’t even remember how many times I have tried to quit in the past. I have learned the trick is staying busy and just reminding myself that I don’t NEED cigarettes. I also realized that my promise to myself that I am going to quit is just as important as promises that I make to others or that others make to me. I told one of my friends that I finally quit smoking and he was so happy that he began to cry when I told him, and I realized that my smoking wasn’t just hurting me… it was hurting my friends and family as well.
