I think that it is important to be aware of your actions. I don’t want to eat too much or eat too little. I just want to be balanced. I think that a good way to track what you eat is by writing down what you plan to eat.

I hope that meditating daily will improve my abilty to focus and have more control over my thoughts and my emotions. Has any one here felt these benefits from meditating daily?

There are lots of health benefits to drinking tea. Plus it’s cold outside. I hope that my tea drinking will help to replace other beverages like pop and coffee.
