I just think it will be good for me. 20 months ago

I think that it is important to be aware of your actions. I don’t want to eat too much or eat too little. I just want to be balanced. I think that a good way to track what you eat is by writing down what you plan to eat.

There are lots of health benefits to drinking tea. Plus it’s cold outside. I hope that my tea drinking will help to replace other beverages like pop and coffee.
