When i first started listing the 100 things that make me happy i was like…fuck, im never going to be able to do this. It was actually difficult to identify 100 things. But by the time i got to 25 or 30, everything just started pouring out. 100 went by like nothing. I’m really glad i did this, cause now life is in perspective and i can focus on only everything that makes me happy. I have 100 chances to do something that makes me happy, everyday

finding time to go to the gym is so difficult! I’ve been trying to make it a priority, not an option. Although my membership intentions are not to lose weight…i still want to be toned and in shape. This past week i’ve gone twice

i could do better
its been 3 weeks since i started my eat healthy “diet”. and its been CRAZY. The meals are okay, i can stick to eating salads and fruit and veggies everyday, but the desserts! I never realized how sugar dictated my life! It’s getting easier everyday to put down the cookies or brownies or whatever, but just knowing how much my body depended on those foods is scary. Whenever i get a craving for that funfetti cake,(you know you love it), i eat frozen strawberries instead..seems to be working out great
