I recently lost 30 pounds. I stopped eating dairy n most meat…tried to stay away from refined ANYTHING and started buying organic. I belong to a gym but honestly can’t get there as often as i’d like…about 2 days a week..if at all. I started getting reactions from people at abour 25 lbs off.. the “did you lose weight” comment is very motivating!! keep it up! I start eating crappy and wham! ....i just gained back about 10 lbs in the past few weeks…back on my grind!
