It’s not easy but I started by trying to be more conscious of when I was biting my nails- every time I realized I was biting them, I stopped right then and there. It took a little while before they looked normal but clipping them regularly and keeping them short initially really helped. Also meditation, exercise and yoga helped relieve any stress I had been feeling. Good luck!

So I’ve completed all my coursework and classes are done- graduation is this Saturday…then I’m official!!!!
I had stopped drinking soft drinks at all and then a couple of times have slipped but not too bad. I try to drink water over anything else. One thing I’ve become addicted to is Vitamin Water- so tasty- the pink one with ‘dragonfruit’ is my favorite. I still should drink more water than I have been- trying to stay hydrated is hard when it’s always raining all the time!
