I have not been following this the last two weeks or so. Partly because I was a bit short on cash and had to eat what I had left around the house and also because I just missed sugar. I have never been too much of a pop drinker but I had really been craving it lately. Anyway, I am going grocery shopping tomorrow and am buying all healthy stuff again. I dropped ten pounds right away from eating clean and I have felt great, fitting into my old clothes. I don’t want to lose that.

Today I ran 4 miles. This is my longest distance so far. I could have gone farther but I had my dog with me and I knew she had had enough. I finished the couch to 5k a few weeks ago but I haven’t really come up with any real plan yet.

3 day ago, but I haven’t had a chance to write. I still haven’t figured out what I am going to do exactly for a running plan. I haven’t found one that I like. I think I will just make up my own and see how it goes. I think I will mix long and short runs and work up to a 10k. I decided to do a short run today 2.5 miles. It was beautiful out, only 64 degrees. Good luck to everyone else! This was such a fun goal to work on.
