I am currently 180lbs, My goal is 135lbs. Thats my ultimate goal, I have lost 13lbs, so far! I have another 45lbs to go and I am 1 pound away from accomplishing my weekly goal!!

I weigh 182lbs, My ultimate goal is to weigh 135lbs (47lbs away) my good weight goal is (140lbs) which I am 42lbs to goal. I have lost 11lbs in total!!!

I wrote an exercise and diet plan this week. I going to write every monday: To see if I reached my weight loss goal. My goal is weigh 179lbs or less on September 14.
