Put all photos from camera and phones onto laptop. Backup all photos on laptop on iPad and CDs. Maybe get a Buffalo drive?

Then tackle souvenirs and non-digital photos.

Try making some movies from a mixture of photos, souvenirs, video clips, music and text.

Breakfast: banana, 4 figs, green drink with 1 pint of water

porridge made with oat milk, cinnamon and manuka honey

Lunch: apple, RAW meal with pea protein and a tablespoon of seed mix with 1 pint of water, naked bar or trek bar, cholesterol drink

Dinner: avocado, probiotic yoghurt drink, 1 pint of water
