So far soo good :)

I’ve always WANTED to exercise more, but I’v always been too lazy or I’d stop when it started to be too much for me and that’d be it for the day. But, honestly if you just make and motivate yourself to do it, you can. Just get up and do it! Lol, and do stuff you like or watch TV or listen to music while you do it. You’re not gonna do something you don’t enjoy, so make excercising enjoyable :). And what also helps me is making exercise about being HEALTHY and not just being skinny/losing weight, because when I don’t drop those lbs I get discouraged, but atleast you’re making yourself more healthy. Lol, sorry for rambling and I hope I helped someone :D. Stay positive.
