How I did it: I looked up some videos on YouTube to learn the basics. I also asked my mum for tips and tricks she knew (like her way of casting-on to get a really neat edge). Now I can cast-on with both needles, cast-on using thumb method, knit and purl - hooray! Read how I did it…
