How I did it: Reading great books, journalling, writing, forced myself to go to dance classes, regular gym routine, guided meditation, yoga, great music-happy stuff...listen to RnB and Jazz! :) You'll make it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Working through the stress bit by bit and getting help in every day living has helped enormously with the sleepless nights as there is less to ruminate over before bed. Clearing out my room and organising papers so that they're not lying around randomly has helped a lot too. My counsellor has been a great help as well as getting more of a sense of direction and purpose for my life via goal-setting and meditation. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Signed up for Tango classes and just continued going for the following 3 weeks. Attended my first Milonga last week...definitely reccomend doing this as it adds practice to just a weekly class. Read how I did it…

It’s been 8 days with 10-20 min meditation every morning and I’ve found it’s definitely having a positive impact on my days. It’s bringing me closer to my other goals too- mindfullness and many others!
