MC I missed you! I’m drinking my SW as I type this entry and it’s as yucky as ever ;) I still can’t believe this is the 4th time I am doing the cleanse. Since I’ve only ever done the 10-day cleanse I am considering pushing it to 14 this time…I guess we’ll see. I am always a little apprehensive before I start—thinking about birthdays and holidays and what I will be sitting out on. But then I remember that it’s never really been that much of an issue since I can still go out with my LA in tow and most people don’t even notice. Good luck everyone!

So this is my third time doing the cleanse. It seems that my friends/family/boyfriend are more baffled now than the first time as to why I would “voluntarily starve myself”. While I experienced many benefits the first and second time I cleansed, I think the ultimate answer to why I am cleansing is control. I like the idea of doing something that seems impossible to most people. I like the challenge followed by the feeling of accomplishment. How can I be so motivated about the cleanse and not about finding a new job?

Feeling good today. I am usually groggy in the morning and depend on my Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to wake me up but now I bounce out of bed…early. Hope this energy lasts.
