I’ve held a lot of grudges from dark times in my life, and I want to learn how to just let it all go. But every time I even think about some people I used to associate with, my mind goes straight to hate. I want to learn how to stop accumulating such bitter hatred for people and start forgiving people for their weaknesses or flaws.
