I feel a lot better today about my body image. I’ve been wearing clothes I like.

How I did it: After my laptop broke I had to find other stuff to spend my time on. I thought of what I used to do before I surfed the net . I remembered I used to read often. I checked out some books and I've already read more than half of one. Admittedly, it's not always the most fun thing to do but it's more fulfilling and beneficial than computering all the time. How I did it: 1) I recorded the number of snacks I ate for a week and found the largest number.2) I took this largest number, mine was six and subtracted one a day. The first day I began building this habit I ate only 5 snacks. The second, 4 and so on until zero. This is important, I made sure to eat that number of snacks. How does one accomplish this goal? I don’t get it. No one on here seems to know.
I suppose I’ll try affirmations and a healthy diet (I do plan to eat more fruits and veggies).

I read a huge chunk of my current book The Case for Faith today. I think I may return to Christianity.
Anyways, I plan to check out another book tomorrow. I love this goal. I actually have something to do now. ^^
