I feel a lot better after making this choice to start working on my marriage. I feel like I am already making better choices and treating my husband better, being less cranky etc. I made more of an effort to spend time with him this week.

First workout: walked brisk uphill on treadmil almost 2 miles
2nd workout: spin class
tomorrow: my test, I will jog on the treadmil and see how close to the mile I get

I have lost 3.4 lbs so far towards my first 1o lb goal!
I have been working out several times this week and watching what I eat!
