So I'm being certified.

I’m taking the certification classes. This weekend is the last weekend of classes. Posture analysis is by far my weak point. I’m going to have to work really hard on this before I take the exam. I’m going the Stott route and am completely thrilled. A little intimidating with all the material. Just gotta buckle down and study it. Live it. BE the pilates. ;-)
individual conditioning

I started classes recently for the fall semester. I’m taking an individual conditioning class four times a week! It feels great and I’m starting to feel a lot better! I also do a light bicycle ride on the other three days. Goodbye jiggling! Hello toned body!
