How I did it: I struggle with my weight, but really wanted to lose just 20 pounds to help my energy level, sleep, attitude, and self-image. I also wanted to know that even though I have farther to go, I could do it. I significantly reduced my portions and added a little exercise to my routine - 45 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. I visited Bratislava briefly in Nov. 2007 and loved it. The remnants of Soviet influence mixed with changes that have been made to invite tourism make it a lovely, interesting destination. Do it! You’ll be glad you did.
