as a follow up to this goal entry, i have engaged a personal trainer, did bikram yoga, exercise regularly, eat wisely with portion control. I lost 15 pounds and even blog about it at http://cocoonbutterfly.blogspot.com . And then i went on medication for medical reason, i gained 8 pounds, stopped exercising and now i feel i need to get a grip and take control again. I am off the medication now but have yet to start exercising and watching my diet.
I need some motivation to kick start again.
