I took a VERY basic first-aid course at work a couple of years back, CPR mostly, and that’s nice, but not nearly enough.
I’ve been diabetic for the last couple of years, and I take pretty good care of it. The only real long-term problem I’ve had is that my energy levels have been quite low for those last two years. Getting enough sleep is the hardest part for me, and I’ve been working on that. I watch my diet, and I exercise on a daily basis; I even got rid of my car to force myself to walk. :) I’m also getting older (38), and that isn’t helping anything.
