Yoga not only balances all the strengths in my body but also creates harmony between my emotional, intellectual and physical self. It helps me be more aware of my limitations and gives me the power to overcome the ones that are holding me down unnecessarily. It gives me the peace of mind I need to calm all the inner tempests. The more I practice yoga, the better person I become.
