Moved in 2 weeks ago.... 3 years ago

There are 5 people in my family…me, my husband and our 3 kids under 7 years old…we were in an upstairs 3 bedroom apartment for 4 1/2 years…we finally closed on our house on our sons’ 6th birthday, september 29th. i looooove this house and thank god everyday for it, being a homeowner is amazing…and with the 3 percent int. rate from the usda loan and a mortgage approx. 80 dollars cheaper a month, how can you go wrong??

It's alot harder than I thought 3 years ago

I found this BEAUTIFUL house, but the mortgage broker was trying to screw me on the interest rate and then never called back!!...so ..still looking!!
