The more time that passes the better I feel about my decision. There was so much missing in the relationship so much that I wasn’t getting that I really wanted. Why would I want to continue a relationship that wasn’t meeting my needs? There was a lot of me giving and a lot of him taking and nothing the other way. I need a partner who wants what I want to. I’ve made it about three days now without crying and it feels great. I still talk to him and were still friendly but I know I don’t want to go back to that. he’s a good person and I still want to be his friend but nothing more any more. I’m very proud of myself! :)

I starting dating a coworker I fell in love with him, he didn’t love me but lived with me and spent his time with me anyhow. Things were never right. We weren’t the right fit for each other. No matter how hard we tried to work things just didn’t. So we split up, but I still love him and miss him but things will never be right. We have to work together and I have to get over missing him all at the same time.
