My husband uses his diary/filo every day, and is in complete control of his life ! I have started to do this SO many times, but never keep it up. I guess discipline is the key word here – as it is in every facet of our lives.

This has been one of my life-long goals that I have never achieved (another one !). I want to make a special effort to be able to speak passable French before Summer 2006 ! Where do I start ?

I see that I am with approximately 3000 other people on this site who want to lose wieght !! I have steadily gained about 30 pounds over the last 2 years, and feel so uncomfortable !! My clothes don’t fit, I wobble,I feel awful and I’m totally unfit. It’s time to change all that and get back to normal.
