I attempted on Friday Oct. 3, 2008. I got real close. One mile to the summit and then I couldn’t go any further. It killed me to have to turn around and go back. Even though I failed this time, I’m not giving up. I will try again in the summer.
Snow

I used to say that since I’m of Mexican descent, that I was genetically allergic to snow. But I’ve always wanted to go ice-skating at Camp Curry in Yosemite Valley. I’ve been let down by friends in the past who said they would take me during the winter, so I’m thinking I need to do this myself. I want to learn to drive in the snow so I can take myself whenever I want.
