How I did it: Someday I'd still like to have one road trip where I cross the entire nation, but I've crossed it more than once already by combining various trips. I've driven every inch of Interstate 40, and the vast majority of I-70, I-10, I-90, and plenty of big and little roads that connect them together.I've also crossed the country in airplanes a multitude of times. And where the views are certainly different and have their own appeal, I prefer it… Read how I did it…
I’ve checked off quite a few so far.
Arkansas, Missouri, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Washington, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, Kansas and Utah.
19 – not bad.
I have a Dell 600M running Ubuntu, a Dell D600 running Windows XP, and an Apple PowerBook running OS X 10.4.
Check, check, and check.
(I use the 600M the most)
