visualize myself completing my task “I complete my task”
make a list
choose the one most important deliverable to work on
list all the tasks needed to get that done, include time estimate
give myself 30 minutes to “super focus” on just doing those tasks
after 30 minutes, reward myself with a stretch or drink water
