I had a passport as a baby. My father was in the military, we lived overseas. But once it expired I never had it renewed. Last Saturday, Sept. 22, we went and applied for our passports. My Sun and I. DH doesn’t need a passport. He is not a citizen. They told us we should have it in 6-8 weeks. Yay!

So i haven’t kept up too well. But I’m getting there. I was 156 initially when I beagan this a year ago. Now I am 136. That’s 20 lbs in a whole year. But, I have not worked out no where nearly as much as I should. I have, however, managed to consume less calories than I burn every day. That, my friends, is the true key to loosing weight.
Where do I begin? I said he wouldn’t watch TV. He does. I said we wouldn’t curse around him. We do. I said he wouldn’t go to daycare. He’s there every morning by 8. But maybe it’s not about what he won’t do, but rather what we will or already do. Hmmm…
