Under the “ceiling weight” this morning. Thought I would be lower because I have been working out a lot, but I wasn’t… oh well. I’m still happy about this.

Strange check – nothing of concern in the end but I was sore from a workout yesterday so I felt that while doing my BSE. I little bit uncomfortable, that’s all. But I feel good having done this. Happy 12th everyone!
I am proud of myself for that. Now, I did eat some Halloween candy but this year I did not buy and specific for the house (or us) and did not eat any that was in the house. I feel very good about this!
