I wanted to move to NYC but unfortunately being an extremely broke actor being able to live there comfortably is out. Ive decided that maybe Toronto would be the best place for me. The culture, spirit, openess, theatres, everything! I live in upstate NY and I am completely confused on how to even begin to move across boarders. I could use some advice! Thanks :)
