I honestly feel that I have stopped putting myself down. I feel so much better about myself. I honestly don’t think that i’ve said one mean or bad thing about myself in two weeks! I think I’ve finally stopped talking down on myself.

I’ve been with my girlfriend for eight months now and we are definitely in love. Everytime i’m around her I just get the most amazing feeling ever. I’ts really a great thing to feel.
Is so friggin hard. I’ll stop biting my nails for a few minutes or maybe an hour if im lucky…but i’ll forget about it and start biting them again. ohhh so frustrating.
