To get to my fighting form... 2 years ago

Joined a gym over the weekend and today, had my first workout. Kept it short, as I took my 3 month old and used the gym’s daycare and it would be his first time there. Ran 30 min on the treadmill.

I plan on taking a power yoga class tomorrow morning. My intention is to do SOMETHING everyday, and try to take Mondays and Thursdays off to recuperate.

Goal is to lose 1 lb by Sunday. Current weight: 151 lbs. Goal weight: 125 lbs by May 1 2007. Already lost 34 lbs of pregnancy weight. 26 lbs more to lose.

hungry, hungry, hungry 2 years ago

I developed some bad eating habits during the pregnancy – not in the types of food, but in the quantities. Now I can’t shake that habit. I’m always getting the munchies…

The last thing I want is to end up like my mother-in-law: she retained all her pregnancy pounds from all her pregnancies and is now FAT FAT FAT with no sense of style. My sisters-in-law (her daughters) are the same.

I want to be like my Mom – slim and stylish. I have to keep that in mind. This should be one of my motivators.
