OK, NO1 rule has been- once I put my last cigarette out I didn’t tell myself okay Ill have only one today.. or okay if I have just one it wont do me any harm.. that’s just lying to yourself. Just say no! Make you friends understand that you shouldn’t smoke anymore! make them never give you a cigarette even if you beg for one! My friend’s all smoke, and i had been smoking since I was 12… Im turning 18 in a few days and It will be 2 months that Ive stopped. Trust me you can do it! Just believe in yourself and do it! Smoking is one of my favourite things, I simply tend to enjoy it! But I quit and so should you!

yup after 5 years of smoking its been a month and 2 weeks i havnt touched a cig!!:p okay i gotta admit i miss it!
