Everyone in their life has suffered from a mental health problem but the majority of people don’t think it’s actually happening. A lot of feelings would flood a persons mind and they feel weaker and less important than others.
Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal these feelings have occurd to me several times by how I’m treated by my peers.
Although I know how to control them ect…
I’d love to help people who have the same problems as me but don’t know it.

So it’s going alright I suppose.
But I put weight on during the end of the summer holidays mainly because I was eating out of bordom.
But since we’ve started back I’ve cut down on sweets and back to my normal eating routines.
And lets hope I don’t put on weight.
A fresh start...

Well today was the first day of my third year in High School. I’m going to try better this year as I want to pass all my classes with flying colours.
Learning is my favourite thing to do.
And I need to try and adjust myself more because things will never be this easy.
