How I did it: Well, I worked out how much I walk normally and tracked those walks but I also used a pedometer for some of it until I found out that was unreliable so I moved to working it out on google maps.I planned some extra walks early on and often kept doing so partly because of this goal. causes us problems… we know this. And so after a misunderstanding last night, we know we need to work on it.

I was telling him today how I was feeling ungrounded & I wanted him to stick around a bit longer before going home… He explained to me that from his perpective we are always grounded, with a solid foundation. This was quite reassuring as I’d woken up feeling a bit insecure about a few things.

Things have largely been very good between us & they were good again after we talked about things.
