How I did it: I just got out of high school but when i was in high school i wanted to do cheer and gymnastics so i had to learn how to do the splits. I learned about 20 different excersises that helps me that i cant really explain all of them on here. But one that seemed to help me out alot is this pillow trick i use. This is when you sit in front of the tv and go down into the splits as far as you can. Then when you feel you are as far down as you can… Read how I did it…
For me its certain types of people. I tend to be more shy around people with aggressive attitudes or people that i admire or look up to rather than people who are nice and queit like me. It hurts me because not everyone gets to see the real me. Only a few people do and thats not what i want.
It nothing big…I just hate having an outie belly botton. I want to change it to an innie.
